【摘要】 成都作为典型的平原城市,地形变化不突出,自然空间要素稀缺,人为意识主导空间形态的特征明显,因此总体城市设计对城市整体形态的引导把控尤为重要。文章基于对成都空间形态现状困境的分析,确定了"强格局、塑特色、保品质"的核心工作内容，从宏观、中观、微观三个层面明确了管控要素,并制定了管控方式,以期形成适应平原城市特征的总体城市设计工作方法。
【Abstract】 As a typical plain city, Chengdu’s special urban form is largely influenced by human culture. Overall urban design is critical to urban morphology. Based on the analysis of spatial condition of Chengdu, the paper builds a working framework of "structure strengthening, feature creation, quality keeping", defines the control factors and modes from macro, intermediate, and micro-levels, explores the design method of plain cities.
